About
My interest in exercise and performance grew out of my own practice, guided throughout by a constant search for good sources of knowledge that would let me progress on solid, sustainable foundations.
Alongside my personal practice, exercise and performance also became my professional life, and the wish to give my clients the best of what science offers in these fields pushed that search for current, well-founded knowledge even further.
I hold a degree in Sport, a postgraduate qualification in Sport and Physical Activity Psychology, and a master's in Exercise and Well-Being. Over the years I have completed many courses in exercise and well-being as well as in high performance, the latter mainly tied to my work with professional golfers.
